DSH009-PA External Retaining Ring 

A standard metric, axially assembled external retaining ring (also known as a circlip or snap ring) designed to secure mechanical components onto a grooved shaft. Manufactured to comply with DIN 471 quality standards, this fastener handles high thrust loads by fitting snugly into machined shaft grooves 

• Shaft Diameter Compatibility: Engineered specifically for a 9.00 mm (M9) nominal shaft size.
• Ring Thickness: 1.00 mm.
• Free Inside Diameter: Roughly 8.40 mm before installation.
• Required Groove Dimensions: Fits a groove diameter of 8.60 mm with a minimum groove width of 1.10 mm and a depth of 0.20 mm.
• Material & Finish: Stamped carbon spring steel with a black phosphate ("PA") coating providing mild corrosion resistance and oil retention.
