  1. Does CTS ship internationally? 
    We offer shipping to all locations within Canada & the USA. 

  2. Does CTS accept credit card? 
    We accept Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Interact. 

  3. How much will shipping cost to "X" location?
    Our flat rate is $8.95 CAD. If your order is over $150 net, shipping is free. Heavier items will be subjected to increased shipping charges based on weight. 

  4. I see an item with 0 pieces in stock - when will it be restocked? 
    Items from our vendor partners will always be re-stocked. It is best to contact us via email, or through our LiveChat, to get exact information regarding lead times on out of stock items. 

  5. An item I need is only showing 5 pieces in stock - I need 10 pieces. Will the remainder get back-ordered? 
    If you require a greater quantity of an item than is shown as being in our stock, contact us for a quote. 

  6. Are the website items used? 
    All of our inventory is new, except for the rare instances when the product description indicates that the item is used. 

  7. I can't find an item on your website. 
    The products we offer are not limited strictly to what is available online. If you need an item & can't find it on our website, contact us for a quote. We are a licensed distributor for a wide range of suppliers & can provide you with competitive pricing on most industrial products.
